Fair questions

Before we
get to work.

The practical details, in plain English.

What happens first?

We talk through the business, current setup and the problem you want to solve. Then we define the scope, costs and responsibilities in a proposal.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. A focused website, local search or campaign project may be the right starting point.

Is setup separate from the monthly fee?

Yes. The pricing page explains limited cleanup and broader foundation projects. The proposal specifies which work and first-month service are included.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Media spend is paid directly to the platform and is separate from management and production.

Do you need to replace our website or CRM?

Not automatically. We check whether the current setup can support the work before recommending a change.

Who owns the accounts and content?

Your agreement specifies account access, deliverables and handoff. Third-party tools, music, footage and other licensed material can have separate terms. Review these before signing.

What do you need from us?

Accurate business information, access to the relevant systems, feedback on drafts and a person responsible for responding to inquiries. Production may also need source material and permissions.

How do you measure progress?

We review work completed, search or campaign data, inquiries and lead quality. Customer outcomes depend on the sales information available, and we explain attribution limits.

Can you guarantee rankings or leads?

No. We commit to the agreed work and reporting. The market, competition, budget, offer and customer response affect outcomes.

Do you serve businesses outside Temecula?

Yes, projects are considered by scope. Our local coverage includes Murrieta, Wildomar and Menifee. Travel or on-site production is agreed separately.

What happens if we stop?

The agreement defines the term, notice period and handoff. Ask about these before signing so there are no surprises.
